Terms and Conditions For Photo Prop Rentals

Thank you for choosing The Photo Space Prop Rentals. Here are some of our Photo Prop policies and restrictions you should be aware of.

• No refunds will be given. Rescheduling requests received within 6 hours of your reservation is not permitted.

• No photographer is included in with your prop rental.

• Photo prop agreement will have to be signed upon pickup.

• You will be required to allow team members to make a copy of your photo I.D.

• Credit Card on file will be charged for loss or damaged furniture.

• Pick-up location will be at The Photo Space Mesquite around the parking area.

• You will receive a call/text the day before your reservation, to agree on a pick-up time.

• Drop off will be at the end of day, unless multi-day rental is requested.

• You may change your reservation with no extra fees at anytime 6 hours before your reservation time begins, by clicking the change appointment button on your initial email sent to you or by contacting us at info@thephotospacetx.com.

• If rental prop is already in renters’ possession and it starts to rain, you will NOT be refunded. Please monitor rain closely and reschedule if needed.

• If you need to cancel your rental, contact us at info@thephotospacetx.com. You will receive a credit in form of a Coupon Code to use in the future. NO refunds will be given.

• Candles, fireworks and sparklers on or around props are prohibited.

• 3M command stripes and painter's tape may be used.

• No smoking on prop rental or within 25 feet.

• Renters may not sublease the prop to any third party.

• Company team members and representatives will inspect props during drop off and has right to enforce agreement.

• Renting the props for explicit sexual activity is strictly prohibited.

• You are responsible for any damage to the prop including spills, scratches, marks or stains on prop. The prop must be left clean and in good condition for the next creator.

• If the prop is not in the same condition when rented, renter agrees to pay a minimum cleaning fee of $100/hour, and the cost to repair and replace damage caused by the renter and their group.
