We greatly appreciate your decision to select The Photo Space as your preferred destination. In order to ensure a seamless experience, we would like to bring your attention to a few vital policies and restrictions that you should be well-informed about. Your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines will contribute to the overall success and satisfaction of your time spent with us.

  • Your reservation does NOT include a photographer.

  • If you need to cancel your reservation, contact us at info@thephotospacetx.com. You will receive a credit in the form of a Coupon Code to use in the future. NO refunds will be given.

  • To make changes to your reservation, make sure to do so at least 6 hours before your scheduled start time. You can easily change your appointment by clicking the "Change Appointment" button in the email you received when you initially made the reservation. Please note that you won't be able to change your reservation if it's less than 6 hours before the start time.

  • If you book consecutive hours, you cannot divide them, even when rescheduling. This rule does not apply to photographer’s who have the Photographers Package.

  • When making a reservation, please make sure to allocate enough time for setting up and cleaning up. Additionally, it is important to leave the studio by the end of the designated rental period. If you do not leave on time, a late fee will be added using your card on file.

  • You can enter into the studio only 5 minutes before your reserved time. For example, if your reservation starts at 6:00pm, you can enter at 5:55pm. If you enter earlier than that, you will be charged based on the time you entered using the credit card on file.

  • The person making the reservation agrees to inform all invited guests about reserved time policies.

  • Any damages done by unsupervised children will be charged using the credit card on file.

  • If candles are being used, they must be in holders to prevent wax from touching any surfaces and floors.

  • Fireworks and sparklers are not allowed.

  • Nails, staples, tape and tacks are prohibited. However, 3M command stripes and painter's tape may be used.

  • No smoking in the studio or within 25 feet of the building entrance.

  • No illicit drugs use is permitted and The Photo Space has the right to terminate the reservation immediately without refund or rescheduling.

  • Please respect our neighbors; Music must not be audible beyond the space.

  • Renters may not sublease The Photo Space to any third party.

  • Company team members and representatives may monitor all activities in the space and have the right to enforce agreement. (Surveillance is recording at all times).

  • All wardrobe changes must be done in our restroom area.

  • Explicit sexual activity and nudity is strictly prohibited. Tasteful boudoir photography is permitted but please keep in mind, The Photo Space has very large windows and is in a shared commercial building with other tenants.

  • You are responsible for any damage to The Photo Space including spills, scratches, marks or stains on furniture, floors or painted surfaces. The space and all furnishings must be left clean and in good condition for the next creator.

  • When using our props and seasonal setups, make sure to reserve enough time to carefully arrange items in their proper places.

  • If the space is not in the same condition when returned, renter agrees to pay a minimum cleaning fee of $100/hour. This applies to the cost to repair/replace floors, damaged furnishings, or equipment caused by the renter and their group.

  • We will inspect the toilet after each reservation by flushing it to make sure the water goes down correctly. If the toilet is blocked due to things being flushed that shouldn't, you will be responsible for a $100 fee for service, as well as any necessary repairs to the plumbing, unless we can clear it with our plunger. (No flushing wet wipes, paper towel, undergarments, tampons, food, nor excessive amounts of toilet paper.)
