Terms and Conditions For Truck Rental
Thank you for choosing The Photo Space On Wheels. Here are some of our truck policies and restrictions you should be aware of.
No photographer is included in your reservation.
Truck only available for photography/videography. Renters cannot drive truck.
Your reservation time begins promptly at the requested start time and ends at designated ending time.
Reservation time must include set up and clean up. The truck must be cleaned prior to ending time and you must exit by the end of the rental period.
You may change your reservation with no extra fees at anytime 6 hours before your reservation time begins, by clicking the change appointment button on your initial email sent to you or contacting us at info@thephotospacetx.com.
No refunds will be given. Rescheduling requests received within 6 hours of your reservation is not permitted.
If you need to cancel your reservation, contact us at info@thephotospacetx.com. You will receive a credit in form of a Coupon Code to use in the future. NO refunds will be given.
All children must be supervised by a parent or guardians at all times.
If you book consecutive hours, you cannot divide them, even when rescheduling. This rule does not apply to photographer’s who have the Photographers Package.
Candles, fireworks and sparklers are prohibited.
3M command stripes and painter's tape may be used on window only.
No smoking in the truck or within 25 feet of the truck.
No illicit drugs use is permitted and The Photo Space has the right to terminate the reservation immediately without refund or rescheduling.
Renters may not sublease the truck to any third party.
Company team members and representatives may monitor all activities around the truck and have the right to enforce agreement.
Renting the truck out for explicit sexual activity and nudity is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for any damage to the truck including spills, scratches, marks or stains on on/in truck, floors or painted surfaces. The truck must be left clean and in good condition for the next creator.
If the truck is not in the same condition when rented, renter agrees to pay a minimum cleaning fee of $100/hour, and the cost to repair and replace damage caused by the renter and their group.
